Is life overwhelming right now? Are you looking for support in overcoming difficult life situations, managing low self-esteem, or navigating the challenging terrain of anxiety or depression? Sometimes life can become heavy over time and can lead to feelings of being alone, unheard, and lost.
Do you find yourself hiding infidelity, seeking out anonymous partners, compulsively using pornography or struggling being open and honest in your relationships? Do you feel like there is a part of you that is uncontrollable, that you can’t stop? I utilize specialty training in sexual issues and intimacy deficits, and we will work together to rebuild trust in relationships, address underlying factors that contribute to your struggles and open yourself up to healthy intimacy. My goal is to help you regain control over your impulses, create healthy and intimate relationships, and live a life free of secrets and shame.
It takes courage to trust another person with your story and face yourself honestly. I am committed to offering a non-judgmental, safe, supportive and collaborative therapy environment. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to reclaim your life. I focus on meeting clients where they are at and finding techniques and interventions that you will feel comfortable using. I have experience working with people who struggle with mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression, sexual issues, intimacy deficits, personality disorders, military/veterans, and couples.
I strive to bring a compassionate, collaborative and fun approach when working with children and adolescents (I work with ages 6 and up). I encourage growth by providing tools to better understand emotions and the way emotions influence our daily lives as we learn how to navigate life situations.
I look forward to meeting you and beginning on the path towards healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
