Do you feel like something has to change?
Maybe you’re feeling beaten down and overwhelmed by your circumstances. Perhaps you’re experiencing tension or conflict in the key relationships in your life. You might be navigating turmoil at work or at home. Or in some area of your life, you are struggling or stuck.
Something has to change.
I would be honored to be a part of helping you explore what brought you to this point. Then together we can make a plan to take your next steps toward feeling healthier, happier, and more hopeful. I have committed my life to helping others to overcome their challenges and to flourish. Let’s make some positive changes together!
I have worked for the last two decades helping people experience greater relational, spiritual, and emotional well-being. I meet with individuals and couples, age 16 and up. I work with all populations and possess an openness to help clients of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders and sexual orientations.
I enjoy helping people in the following areas:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Marriage and Couples Counseling
- Parenting
- Sexuality
- Infertility / Miscarriage
- Adoption / Foster care
- Divorce / Remarriage / Blended Families
- Religious Trauma
I received my Bachelor’s degree from The University of South Dakota (Psychology & Speech Communication), and I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through The Townsend Institute at Concordia University-Irvine.
